E-COMMERCE Sales Manager

 

We are searching for a multi-talented, detail-oriented full time Manager.  The sales/ecommerce department is a motivated team giving a new hire a great opportunity to get hands-on online sales experience. What are we looking for? Someone who has experience working in online sales via Shopify, BigCommerce or other platform, is proactive, curious, organized, works well with numbers/databases, and willing to roll up their sleeves and dig into what drives online sales. An active interest in film and pop culture a plus.

VP of Sales/E-commerce
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maximize our relationships and investment in our external agencies, Google Agency (Exclusive Concepts), Quantum Metric, and Silverlake Digital.
  • Explore and present ideas to grow sales and traffic through online marketing efforts.
  • Contribute to our approach with personalization, review software, analytics, email tactics, SEO, site infrastructure and other strategic efforts.
  • Manage regular reporting for the ecommerce division to be distributed to stakeholders.
  • Master the intricacies of the website Content Management System, Consumer Payment Platforms (Braintree, PayPal, Amazon Pay), AccessIngram, Shout website, and other resources to quickly respond to customer service questions.
  • Co-ordinate website promotions with social media and marketing to maximize timing, site sales and overall presentation.
  • Update agencies with critical internal production schedule and promotions for prospecting, retargeting, ads/shopping for Google and Bing, analyzing efforts, budgets, and pivoting when necessary.
  • Monitor UTM code tracking for Ecommerce and Marketing departments, analyzing data though Quantum metric and Google Analytics, maintaining a spreadsheet of social media efforts and results.
  • Work closely with Marketing to obtain all necessary assets and specs to trigger creative briefs and social spend briefs.
  • Monitoring and testing website corrections and enhancements (QC and proofing).
  • Assist the department in customer service when traffic warrants.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-4 years experience preferred
  • Ability to take direction and work well with others is required.
  • Excellent verbal/written communications, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Passion for social media, online marketing & sales, and the overall digital landscape.
  • Proficiency and familiarity with cloud-based platform portals and dashboards.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Advanced Word and Excel skills are preferred.
  • Strong interest and appreciation for entertainment and pop culture is preferred.
