Digital Video Programming Coordinator

The Digital Video Programming Coordinator is responsible for managing various digital FAST (Free Ad Supported TV) linear channels, program scheduling, and programming stunt development.  This position is part of the Digital team and works closely with Marketing, PR, Creative, Production, Distribution, and Finance departments. Support will vary on a week-to-week basis, and occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.

Manager, Digital Video Programming

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital FAST linear channel management
    • Prep content, coordinate scheduling, and develop program guides
    • Coordinate with social media team for assigned channels
    • Coordinate with Marketing team to create and maintain individual websites for FAST channel stunts
  • Digital FAST linear channel programming
    • Utilize programming software (e.g. Amagi, Wurl) to build-out 24/7 channel rundowns
  • Digital department support as needed
    • Programming stunt development and execution
    • Production support (includes writing promo scripts, gathering video assets, graphic design, light editing)

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years' experience in a professional environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to manage cross-functional and vendor/partner relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AE Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks.
  • Passion for entertainment and media (film, television, digital video).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (marketing, advertising, PR, film and TV studies, etc.).
  • Cable or broadcast TV scheduling experience a plus.
