Shout! Factory is seeking a Production/Digital Operations Associate Manager to join our production/digital media team. The Associate Manager’s primary responsibilities are centered around digital asset onboarding, delivery and project management. The Associate Manager will be the point person for trafficking of production requests and assets, troubleshooting QC issues and assisting in the coordination of inhouse video production. In short, the Production/Digital Operations Associate Manager is responsible for making sure nothing falls through the cracks and will have a hand in all of Shout’s amazing releases both physically and digitally. A successful candidate will be able to illustrate excellent time management and organizational skills.

 

Reports to:  VP of Production/Digital Media

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with media onboarding and mezz delivery to all digital platforms
  • Traffic internal and external requests for the Production Department
  • Project management including supervision of onboarding large catalogues, artwork approvals, delivery deadlines, film transfers progress, bonus features delivery
  • Liaison between Shout video production department and Oregon Satellite post production office (5 employees) and maintain deadlines between the two
  • Assist in-house producers with coordinating shoots and post production duties
  • Final Cut/Premiere/After Effects support for production and digital departments

Skills & Qualifications

  • Well-rounded knowledge of video post-production, codecs, delivery specs for various platforms required
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Media Encoder is required
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills are required
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with cameras and lighting packages are a plus
