Shout! Factory, a multi-platform media company, announced a worldwide distribution deal to bring a library of ten iconic Kenny Rogers movies to entertainment platforms across all territories. The announcement was made today by Shout! Factory’s founders and CEOs Bob Emmer and Garson Foos, Shout’s Senior Vice President of Programming & New Business Development, Jeffrey Peisch, and Ken Levitan, Founder and Co-President of Vector Management.

This multi-year distribution deal provides Shout! Factory with all worldwide rights, including broadcast, streaming, on-demand, digital, home entertainment and theatrical rights to THE GAMBLER (1980), COWARD OF THE COUNTY (1981), THE GAMBLER: THE ADVENTURE CONTINUES (1983), WILD HORSES (1985), THE GAMBLER, PART III: THE LEGEND CONTINUES (1987), THE GAMBLER RETURNS: THE LUCK OF THE DRAW (1991), THE GAMBLER V: PLAYING FOR KEEPS (1994), MACSHAYNE: WINNER TAKES ALL (1994), and MACSHAYNE: THE FINAL ROLL OF THE DICE (1994). The international rights to the popular movie RIO DIABLO (1993) are also included in this package.

In a separate agreement, Shout! Factory secured remake rights for THE GAMBLER. Shout! Studios, in collaboration with the estate of Kenny Rogers, will announce further details regarding a series remake in a timely fashion.
