Liberty Kids
Thank you Shout! for bringing such a great and educational TV show to DVD.  I remember seeing this show on before the Littles reruns on the CW.

RE: Liberty Kids
This set has been a blast to work on and we've just recently sent it off to the plant.  As a born-and-raised history buff, I can say with great pride and certainty that every ounce of care was put into making sure this set was worth the wait.

We've included a half-hour featurette looking back on the series with show creator Kevin O'Donnel, DiC founder/President Andy Heyward, art director Mike Maliani, story editors Doug McIntyre and Jay Abramowitz, and casting and voice director Marsha Goodman.  Also included on the discs is an original pencil test for the episode "Midnight Ride," all of the original Benjamin Franklin's Newsbytes, Continental Cartoons, Then and Now, and Mystery Guest Games.  There is a 40-page booklet filled with wonderful artwork, episode descriptions, and a complete historical time line chronicling the events of the Revolutionary War.  In addition to all of that, we have a special fold-out poster/map of the United States that contains location reference points for the events in the series.

We're very proud of this set and I think you'll be very happy with it.

BTW-- If you'd like to see four short stories from the show creators that didn't make the final cut of the featurette please feel free to take a look here: http://www.shoutfactory.com/video/wip/8/libertys_kids_special_web_only_exclusive.aspx

Enjoy!
