Two questions:

1. McHale's Navy Seasons One and Two included booklets but there was no booklet included with this set. Any reason why?

2. The video was impeccable on all DVDs in Season One and Season Two. But the first episode on the 1st DVD of Season Three had some video and audio breakup for about ten seconds after where the 1st commercial break would have been. I also noticed a few other video artifacts on disc one (which I just finished viewing). Was this the result of defects in the original source material or was this a DVD manufacturing defect?

Doesn't anyone from Shout ever read these board messages?

I am very distressed that an email sent to shout using the email address THEY PROVIDED came back to me as undeliverable.

I just wish someone would put my mind at ease by answering this simple question: Seasons One and Two both came with booklets describing each episode. Nothing was included with Season Three. Was this an oversight on the part of Shout or should I contact my vendor for replacement>
