Although I was wondering what extra features would be included, and if there was anyway to maybe include fan content like the SatAM dvd did?
Thanks a lot Brian, you and Shout! Factory have done more for Sonic these past 2 years than Sega have in the last 5, you guys rock so much!

Member since: 2/16/2007 | | RE: AoStH Volume 2 | Brian, I'm very excited that Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog Volume 2 will come out in 2008 during the holidays. I will buy Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog Volume 2 on DVD? What features and episodes will be included for AOSTH Volume 2? When does Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog Volume 3 get released on DVD, so that I can complete the entire collection of AOSTH on DVD? Thank you.
From,
Jonny |

I don't see there being a whole lot of room for specific fan content, but it's worth looking into. We'll most likely also have another "How-to-Draw" segment with Milton Knight. Who knows? Maybe Robotnik this time around?

Member since: 4/2/2007 | | RE: AoStH Volume 2 | I think Tales would be a nice successor to the "how to draw sonic" from volume 1. Robotnik would best placed on the 3rd volume . I also would like to pass on my thanks for giving this series consideration to continue beyond a single volume. There was doubt initially, but hopefully the entire AoSTH series will see its completion sometime in the near future. It would be nice if Sega would include promotional pamphlets in their upcoming Sonic game to help promote your DVDs. |

There was a podcast a while back where voice actor Gary Chalke (who voiced Robotnik in Underground, and Grounder in AoStH) said that "Sonic" was his favourite cartoon he ever did, and judgeing by the ammount of work he did with the Beast Wars dvd's, I'm guessing he would be really up for an interview, maybe even a commentary like he did with Beast Wars, granted he had others with him, but I really think its a road to look down, hope this helps!

Member since: 1/20/2007 | | RE: AoStH Volume 2 | Strangely about a few years ago in my plan, I mentioned an interview with Phil Hayes and Garry Chalk (since Phil Hayes call it the best voice work he has ever done and Scratch was his favourite role, true story that I found from an email posted on a defunct forums) or even a Mystery Science Theater spoof of Scratch and Grounder commenting on an episode (stupid idea though).
Apparently AoSTH was a hot topic for a thing called poopers with Robotnik regularly used and drawn with people such as Stegblob, BMATF (them two are pretty big fans and bought the boxset) as well as various memes emmerging including LOL THAT'S EGGSTREME and a particular one that might be racist that I wouldn't mention here.
