Yeah for Shout Factory! I love the fact that you chose to realease the first 2 seasons of IRONSIDE on dvd!! Great taste!! Classy !From reading these posts I am inspired to realize what a cross section of the public digs IRONSIDE. I've read posts from teen-age fans born long before the series ended, folks who were fans in the 60's and 70's when the show first ran, middle age fans and fans in thier 30's. I am in my thirtes and I was lucky enough to catch the show on an local UHF television station in my area about 22 years ago! I've been a fan ever since! I thank you for answering my long time quest to see the show again! So, I just wanted to join all these members with such great taste in television and to add my name to the list begging to see season 3 et al. Thank you so much! Seeing IRONSIDE after all these years has been a dream come true!
I agree. I joined just so that I could add my name to the list of those that want "Season 3" and more of Ironside. It is one of my old favorates. Thanks for the imput. It's my dream come true also. I was lucky enough to see the original.
I first saw Ironside on television when the BBC aired a re-run a couple of years ago. Not only does it have excellent well constructed plots, but also great actors, superb music and that air of the period. I'm glad it has now been brought to DVD, and would like to add my own sincere wish that season 3 (and all subsequent) be published sooner rather than later.
