Animaniacs vol 1 out of print?

Recently I've looked for animaniacs vol 1 on DVD but unsuccessful finding copies of it. Excluding ebay, Ive looked in Best Buy,target and Newbury Comics and had no luck. Is there a slight chance that vol 1 is not in stores anymore, almost a year after its release?
