I know Shout! doesn't specialize in fairly recent shows (nothing newer than My So Called Life at least), but have you ever been approached with releasing "Family Law" on DVD.  It was an hour-long legal drama on CBS from about '98-'01 or '99-'02 starring Kathleen Quinlan, Dixie Carter, and Christopher McDonald.  It had a good run but ratings fell in the third year and it was cancelled.  Given the relatively short time it ran and the reason it ended, I fear CBS or the show's producers would sweep it under a rug and not give it a chance to make a few bucks on DVD.
