I remember this a long time ago as Where's Wally? I think it was either on TCC or Fox Kids, but I don't know if I watch it again (then again with Tintin I watched it anyway).

I remember that the show aired on CBS for about a year. Since the show didn't last very long, I'm sure they could release the whole series on one set, provided they don't run into a lot of rights issues with the series.
