What about Bailey Kipper's P.O.V., the live-action family comedy that was on CBS' Saturday morning lineup from September 1996 to September 1997?

I contacted 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment a few years back; they verified they do indeed own the program as well as the rights distribute it on DVD, but still nothing has happened yet on Fox's end (apparently they don't feel like bothering with distributing Bailey Kipper on DVD themselves).

And there were only 13 episodes made in the series, which would easily make up a box set. 

So, Shout!, do you think you can get the rights to Bailey Kipper from Fox and put it out yourselves? This was a funny show which should get a DVD release. And, according to some posts at IMDb.com, Bailey Kipper was also popular in other parts of the world, particularly Europe.
