U.K. Release?

Hi,

Couldn't believe it when I saw the MST team were back. I've got very fond memories of what was quite possibly the funniest series ever written.

Is there any chance the DVD's will be produced for the U.K.? i.e. region 2??

I've tried amazon, e-bay etc but no joy.

Hmm..interesting..I've been looking for the region code and can't find it on my Film Crew DVDs. I know they must be Region 1.

I sure hope you get a chance to watch them. :)

Any DVD's i've seen for sale at Amazon.co.uk or ebay.co.uk all state that they are region one.

Personally, I would be prepared to pay a bit extra if that's what it took to be able to watch them over here.

I really think there would bequite a big market for The Film Crew  in this part of the world !

RE: U.K. Release?

Dudes, believe me when I say this, but I'm in the UK and have all 3 releases of The Film Crew to date and so far they all play on every DVD player in my house. A lot of S!F releases are actually region 0 despite the fact that a lot of sites list them as region 1.

So buy 'em! Buy them now! Pay the tiny bit extra for import shipping and enjoy these things.

In the case of The Film Crew titles, they are region-free.  On some of the other titles... *whistles*

So far, Hollywood After Dark may be my favorite...but I should really watch the other two a couple of more times.

Without a doubt, my favorite is Giant of Marathon.  I'm excited to hear what you think.

I know...I can't wait to see Giant of Marathon. I sure hope The Film Crew gets the opportunity to do more of these great B-movies!

My favorite is Wild Women of Wongo..... DANCE!!!!!! I about fell out during that sequence.

There was this hilarious line in Hollywood after dark though. Do you remember when the " I forget his characters name " really grooving guy was killed by the Buddy Holly look a like.. I think Mike made the comment " Dig it I'm Dead.." LOL....

Hi Guys

Recieved Killers From Space yesterday. Happy to say, it plays on every DVD (and PC) I can find.

I'm now officially Happy As A Pig In ****.

Credit card is now cowering, terrified at the bottom of my wallet.

My favorite line in Hollywood After Dark is when Rue sticks her head out of the tent while (presumably naked), and Bill says: "Sexy or horrifying...YOU decide!" :)

RE: U.K. Release?

Recieved the other three today. I really hope there are more in the pipeline.

Incidentley, I can purchase the DVD's from the U.S. for about half the price I would normally pay for a DVD in the U.K

Can you believe the post and packaging is actually more expensive than the product ??

Not that i'm complaining at all.
