- Sonic Underground (Full)
- Shout Factory Theatr
- DVD Release Date: December 18, 2007
Is this the set date for release? Also you did amazon make a mistake saying it was the full series when I'm sure it was said there'd be two volumes. |

Can you please release Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog Volumes 2 and 3 on DVD and Sonic Underground Volume 2 on DVD in 2008 to complete the entire collections of the 1990's Sonic The Hedgehog cartoon collection if sales are strong for Sonic Underground Volume 1? Please post advertisements of Sonic Underground Volume 1, so that fans know that Sonic Underground Volume 1 is out to buy to increase sales to let Shout! Factory release Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog Volumes 2 and 3 and Sonic Underground Volume 2? Thank you.

In some situations yes you can take it upon yourself to act out in defense, but B Ward has stated more than once he will take care of it. |

Besides I heard that Delta might be releasing Sonic Underground but not until next year (besides I have to return my SatAM discs - Disc 1 and 3 are dodgy - but 2 and 4 are fine).
Don't know about DinoRiders or Samurai Pizza Cats, but there could be a chance on the later (without the original Japanese Sushi themed version) since there is a fanbase.
Care Bears is Nelvana (and DiC) - a possiblity since it is popular. Never watched it. |

I am so excited about the release of Sonic Underground Volume 1 on DVD coming out on December 18, 2007! What does it mean that we need sales so that we can finish this series? Does it mean we will finish the series of Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog Volumes 2 and 3 and Sonic Underground Volume 2 to complete the 1990's Sonic The Hedgehog cartoon collection if sales are strong for the first volume of Sonic Underground? Thank you very much for giving the details of Sonic Underground Volume 1 with bonus materials along with CD Soundtrack, first 20 episodes. Will the packaging of Sonic Underground be in thin packaging? Keep up the good work on producing the DVD set of Sonic Underground Volume 1. Thank you.

Thank you for the compliments. I am not ready to tell you if we're doing the last two Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog sets, yet. I will not be ready to reveal that information until after January 1, 2008. Please do not ask me about
those sets until then. No one at Shout! Factory will respond to questions about Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog until after January 1, 2008.

Member since: 1/20/2007 | | RE: Sonic Underground | Depends where you are:
US: Sonic the Hedgehog (SatAM) - very popular, largest fan base, Archie comics were based on this.
Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog - not as popular, disliked in general, zero fan sites, fans are single figures, aired more though
Sonic Underground - disliked in general, more moderner so more people have seen it, small fan base
UK: Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog - very popular, most aired up to 2007, quite large fan base (just not online), Sonic the Comic partly based on this (Robotnik's design mainly)
Sonic the Hedgehog (SatAM) - not very popular since it was hardly aired on TV much (due to low amount of episodes, POP aired the entire series in two weeks) but still has the large fan base support for the few diehard fans.
Sonic Underground - most aired Sonic cartoon (was even airing at three channels at the same time, POP, ITV2 and CITV), already released on DVD - maybe twice if Delta becomes involved, sorta popular just becuase of Sonic and Robotnik - not because of Manic and Sonia.
In fact for the UK, people just watch these because it is classic Sonic and not Sonic X (which is usually on funny hours over here). |

Why would the rights be so hard to acquire? I like when Shout was putting 80's stuff out like COPS and Zelda, etc, cause i was born in '81 and grew up then, but I understand why they put out all the marios, i own them, but find them cheesy, although i am looking foward to super mario world/captain N, cause Captain N is decent. and I understand why they put out SatAM, good seller, but i mean stuff like AoSTH....i mean personally I think its a terrible cartoon to say the least, if i wanted to watch a corny Looney Tunes cartoon i'd watch bugs bunny (I did NOT buy AoSTH vol 1 by the way). Sonic Underground too...i mean whats the likely hood its going to go past vol 1? Jayce in the Wheeled Warriors i'm up in the air about, i was 4-5 when it came out and i vaguely remeber it at all, i think the fan base that was there has forgotten about it, so that has a decent chance of it not going past vol 1.....all i'm saying is i wish Shout would invest some money into getting the rights to some toons that would positively sell, and be able to sell multi-volume cartoon sets, not continue to put out "Vol. 1's" of different toon series, seriously i'm not meaning this offensive in anyway.....i just think that the rest of that Sonic line are all going to be "shelf warmers", why not put the funding into something that will almost surely sell. |

Member since: 4/2/2007 | | RE: Sonic Underground | On Amazon.com, you can preorder the first volume of Sonic Underground, however it looks like DiC and NCircle have released two Sonic Underground themed DVDs. The first is Dr. Robotniks Revenge and the other is Sonic Christmas Blast. Both DVD's are new 2007 editions. Sonic Christmas Blast will be released on October 23rd. In theory if both volumes (all 40 episodes) are released, then will the Christmas episode be included. I don't want to purchase this single episode DVD if there is a potential for it to be included on a future Sonic Underground collection. Unless Sonic Christmas Blast was always a individual title never intended to be in the 40 episode run.
DiC and NCircle has done the same with the Mario camp as well by releasing Super Mario Bros Boxset Vol 1. and Super Mario World Boxset Vol 2. Additionally there are DVD reissues of Mario Movie Madness and King Koopa's Katastrophe. I guess the question is what are these discs and why are they co-existing with Shout Factory box sets? |

The cover art looks very nice for Sonic Underground Volume 1 of Manic, Sonic, and Sonia. You did a great job creating the cover art of Sonic Underground Volume 1. Can you please check if there are no glitches on Sonic Underground Volume 1 with the first 20 episodes? I want the cover art of Dr. Robotnik, Sleet, Dingo with Heroes and Villians on Sonic Underground Volume 2 containing the final 20 episodes along with bonus features. Can you please check and see if sales are strong for Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog Volume 1 to let Shout! Factory release Volumes 2 and 3 of Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog? Can you please check and see how many copies are left that have to be sold for Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog Volume 1 to let Shout! Factory produce and release Volumes 2 and 3 of Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog? I can't wait to get Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog Volumes 2 and 3 and Sonic Underground Volume 2 on DVD to complete the 1990's Sonic The Hedgehog cartoon collection. I want the cover art of Sonic, Tails, Dr. Robotnik, Scratch, Grounder, and Coconuts on Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog Volumes 2 and 3 with different background places containing the remaining 44 episodes along with bonus materials. Continue to keep up the good work producing the future videogame cartoon releases of Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog Volumes 2 and 3 and Sonic Underground Volume 2. Thank you.

I also have a question about the songs on the CD. Now I've been watching Sonic Underground for a long time, and, isn't the song from "New Echidna In Town", called "The Mobius Song"? I read "Stomp" and I started chuckling a bit... did officials say that's what it was called? |
