"Very, very credible source of mine heard from a source at SHOUT! that they are currently pursuing several licenses from Buena Vista's library. He immediately thought of "Gargoyles" and fired me an e-mail telling me to spread the word and I decided to get to work on spreading the word, and hopefully making a dent."
Can you comment on this, Brian? Hopefully this is true, i would like to finish off a few cartoons from them, mostly Gargoyles.

I'd like to see Gummi Bears, Gargoyles, DuckTales, and Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers get full releases. Gargoyles and Gummi Bears don't have Disney classic characters in them, so I wouldn't think Disney would be overly protective of them. |

Furthermore, I don't understand how someone "immediately thinking" of a series leads to widespread speculation and a flood of emails to our publicity department, who--by the way--has NO say in what we do and don't acquire.
Again. We are NOT in talks to acquire Gargoyles at this time. Please spread that word.

I want Gargoyles to be released on DVD by Shout! Factory and Buena Vista and want it in a complete series set containing Seasons 1 and 2.

Gargoyles deserves to be released on DVD in a complete series set containing 65 canon episodes and new bonus features by Shout! Factory and Buena Vista.
