I JUST READ THE HOME THEATER FORUM THREAD ON SEASON 6 - IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN; PERRY MASON IS NO LONGER ON CBS/PARAMOUNT'S HOME VIDEO RELEASE SCHEDULE. THEY KILLED THE PROJECT THEMSELVES - AS WE ALL FEARED THEY WOULD - WITH THIS INSANE MARKETING APPROACH: SPLIT THE SEASONS INTO TWO PARTS, CHARGE WAY TOO MUCH MONEY FOR THEM, AND ALLOW A LOT OF TIME TO GO BY BETWEEN RELEASES. AND SURE ENOUGH, PEOPLE REBELLED, COULDN'T AFFORD IT, OR JUST PLAIN TUNED OUT. GREAT JOB, PARAMOUNT. |

Nothing has been officially announced yet, but don't sound all the alarm bells just yet. |

It is already listed on Barnes/Noble bookstores for pre-order at $35.95. Keep pressure on CBS/Paramount to continue this series, Perry Mason is THE MAN! |
