"Here, Amazon UK, have our crappy ReBoot: Seasons 1 & 2 set. We'll just be keeping this complete set to ourselves. Oh, Brits actually want to order the complete set? Well, tough! We don't ship internationally! Hahahahaha!"
Please either allow international shipping or give Amazon rights to sell all your DVDs. It's not fair to make people miss out just because they're in a different country. |

First of all, get off your high horse. There are plenty of DVD releases that have seen the light of day in Region 2 that have yet to be seen in Region 1 (or, alternatively, have only been released on those awful DVD-R's.) Second of all, Shout! is releasing a Season 3 and 4 set (which can be seen on the US Amazon here: http://www.amazon.com/ReBoot-Season-Three-Kathleen-Barr/dp/B004RBC5R4/ref=sr_1_3?s=dvd&ie=UTF8&qid=1300986028&sr=1-3). However, it hasn't been released there yet, which is why you probably aren't seeing it show up on Amazon UK yet, since it's an import. Third of all, and someone please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, I imagine the reason why a lot of sets are US-only releases is because Shout! probably doesn't have the international release rights to this content. If they don't have the rights to release content outside of the US, well, then, they're not going to. Fourth of all, if it's a new release, you're not going to miss out if you live in another country. It just means you're going to have to pay more for the release and find somebody who has the product that is willing to sell to someone in your country.
And lastly, don't say that something "isn't fair." It makes you sound like a whiny 10-year-old. |

I order from Amazon.uk all the time, and I'm in the US - they have awesome prices on Blu-rays.
If you have an HDTV it doesn't matter what format you have (NTSC or PAL), and it's pretty easy to make your DVD player play NTSC if it doesn't already (and so many UK players already do anyway). |
