Member since: 5/7/2008 | | MST3K Volume XX Ships! | Though I usually advance order my MST3K sets from Amazon and occasionally from Deep Discount, I ordered Volume XX from Shout! Factory this time in order to get the Planet Logo Stress Ball. I just got a shipping confirmation from Shout! indicating the package has been shipped already. Based on the tracking info to date I should have the set before this coming Tuesday's release date and certainly no later than that. With luck I might have it as early as Saturday. Thanks for the great service, Shout! Factory, as well as the terrific product. Based on this experience I would not hesitate to advance order from Shout! again.

Member since: 6/25/2010 | | RE: MST3K Volume XX Ships! | Yeah, normally I order through Amazon or pick it up at a local Moviestop, but the stress ball was a reason to buy through Shout... plus the Shout price was only a dollar or so more than the Amazon price. So, if I consider the extra couple dollars in shipping as the price of the LE Stress ball, it all comes out even for me.
I haven't gotten a shipping notice yet, but I've had Shout Select sets arrive at my door the day before I've been told the set had shipped, so I'm expecting the set sometime between tomorrow and next Wednesday. |

And then came home from seeing Rango (cool movie, BTW) & the box was on my doorstep! Talk about fast service! Haven't had a chance to watch any of it yet but I love the mini-posters (especially the Sinbad one) & the stress ball is a nice little bonus for sure! |

*was going to head into town and pick it up this morning, but is going to have to purchase it online, instead*

... but on the plus side, it looks to be the same price with shipping that it would've been in-store.
Tempted to just order from here from now on.

Came in the mail this morning. Stress Ball included.
I also feel better about ordering from Shout, because the two Doctor Who discs I pre-ordered from Amazon won't arrive until tomorrow. Since they had the same street date as MST3K, It looks like Shout wins the war of shipping and delivery dates this time around. |

I think our problem was in talking to the phone monkey in customer service rather than asking to be transferred to DVDs and talking to someone who actually works there. So there's no telling whether they have them or not. 
Anyway, the package arrived and I've been watching an episode of "The Middleman" just before watching an episode of MST3K since I got both this week. And, I'm completely satisfied with my purchases.
