Just got my season3 DVD set of "Rhoda",thanks another good job,is the last episode edited ?

Do you have a release date for Rhoda season4 yet?I know I have to buy it direct from Shout Factory this time.

Any news on Phyllis coming to DVD through Shout Factory,please?

@Tartanguy - That last episode on disc 4 does run about a minute shorter than the rest, so I'm guessing that's due to the song "Thank Heaven For Little Girls" being cut from the Johnny Venture stage act scene.  That tune must be wildly difficult to license because I've noticed its removal from other things as well (an early WKRP episode is the first thing that comes to mind).

Still, after getting through the entire set - finally - and seeing what has been restored, I have to say I love how the set was put together.  Plus which, considering all the music that was left intact in this and other episodes, it's clear that some effort went into this baby. 

Ps. Until watching the full uncut version, I never even knew there was a limo ride scene in "Rhoda's Mystery Man."

Thanks for the reply Oh Curt,I'd never seen the scene in "The Separation" between Ida and Brenda,where Ida is giving Brenda stuff and talking about her forthcoming trip,I have"The Best Of Rhoda" vhs box set,that scene is cut from that episode.

I also noticed in "Meet The Levys",it was a bit shorter than the rest,in the closing credits you see the lady in the elevator(the 2nd maid from "Different Strokes") saying something but that wasn't on the actual episode.

Shout have done  a great job,so pleased Rhoda is coming out so fast,virtually intact now.

I noticed the "Meet The Levys" thing too. It seemed like that was just a case of Nedra Volz's spoken lines being cut from the final edit.   Same thing happened to one of the guest actors in "The Ultimatum" but they still gave him credit - if I remember correctly.

That Best of VHS box set from the late 1990s was a disappointment.

Thanks Curt,you know you're stuff,I don't mind the vhs set,least "The Wedding" was complete,better picture quality than the DVD release.

I'll buy all of Rhoda but when it gets to Rhoda taking that job with Jack Boyle and al the laboured comedy that followed its like why?(like Leonard in Phyllis season2,just go away Leonard,you ain't funny!")
