Right now, we only have Sharon Gless's first season ('82-'83), but more of this classic is needed. I hope that SF will consider trying to make a deal with Fox (like they did with "Rhoda"). |

I was addicted to it and probably wiped out the set in a matter of weeks. Everyone was so great on the show. |

He had a hard enough time getting them to release Season 1 (well, it was Season 2 but they sold it as "The True Beginning"). He, then, licensed out the quartet of tv-movies to S'more Entertainment because he owned the rights outright for those. That set was released last September. If only Fox would see fit to license out the rest of the series to someone who wants to release it. I've seen the whole series and it really is a tremendous body of work for all those involved. The series finale is incredible. Whole series had me on the edge of my seat. Loved it so much. Would love to see it complete on dvd. |

I only caught a few episodes here and there back in the '80s and both ladies were amazing in this series. Of course, I fell in love with Sharon Gless all over again when Queer as Folk was on Showtime. Sharon MADE that show for me; I never missed an episode because of her. Here's to more Cagney & Lacey! And if Shout releases it I won't wait until I find it in the bargain bins. |

If they are able to release the rest of the series on DVD they should just do a complete series box set. I didn't realize that Season 3 was only 7 Episodes either. |
