Sony only released the first 6 seasons of both shows, and didn't even bother with the other seasons!
This year, Sony is more USELESS THAN EVEN!
Please release the remaining seasons on DVD!

I really would like Season 8 of All in the Family. It's one of the best and has classic episodes such as Edith's 50th Birthday, Edith's Crisis of Faith and Cousin Liz. |

These are both classic iconic shows and if Shout! feels the remaining seasons wouldn't do well at retail, they could always sell them as DTC titles. I would love to see some extras that Sony screwed us out of. Sure, they were on the Norman Lear set that probably nobody bought. Screw the fans who already bought the first season of those shows! How they hell did they come up with that idea anyway?
Anyway to get back on track, Shout! Factory please acquire these two great series. Do the shows and us fans right.
Please bring "Starman" the 1986-87 tv series, Silver Spoons seasons 2 & beyond and Jennifer Slept Here to DVD. |

Please save us from Sony, Shout! It's not fair that Sony has released other, lesser shows in their entirety, but has let these bona fide American classics languish. |

I'm a media studies/production student and these are the shows that we still study, discuss, and write papers about. Its unbelievable some of the shows that get full releases and these classics are just forgotten by Sony. |
