I have a proposal for SHOUT! Factory: to make a deal with Buena Vista Television, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company, for SHOUT! Factory to release a brand-new DVD compilation titled "Animal Crack-Ups: The Complete Series," showcasing all 3 seasons of the hit 1987-1990 Saturday-morning TV game show "Animal Crack-Ups" complete, uncut, & unedited, just the way that the episodes originally aired on the ABC Television Network.
The game, hosted by Alan Thicke, had a panel of 4 celebrity guests answering questions about comical oddities of the animal world, a la "What does an orangutan eat for lunch?," "Do all bats live in caves?," and "Does an elephant have eyelashes?," with each answer revealed through film clips supplied by the Tokyo Broadcasting System. |
