BJand the Bear - need released uncut | While I'm not a fan of the show, the video problems concern me a bit. Alice was done on the same cheap videotape that a lot of the shows were made on, and I'm curious if the issues come from the mastertapes falling apart over time. It has been nearly thirty years since Alice went off the air, so those masters have to be pushing forty years at the most, and videotape from that era isn't the best quality stuff.

Maybe Fans can email/call them and request them to aquire rights to shows being left behind by Shout/Sony |

I own plenty of DVDs from plenty of different studios that haven't been completed. Warner Bros, Fox, Paramount... All part of that list. Why are you suggesting that Sony and Shout! are the only two unable to finish something?

Someone needs to finish these.

I don't know, maybe because THEY ARE! Sony was the absolute worst when it comes to not finishing something. But I have never in my wildest dreams ever thought that Shout! would be in that same boat. |
