Dennis the Menace 1986 cartoon

Who has the rights to Dennis the Menace in the uk and usa. I know jetix had the rights in the uk for a few years but other than that i don't know.

I do know that they are showing re-runs on Boomerang, so I'm guessing Hanna Barbera/Cartoon Network/Turner has the rights or something.
