You mean this one, the 2007 remake starring Michelle Ryan?

Then you are mistaken; all 8 episodes produced can be found on the 2-disc set titled "Bionic Woman - Volume 1".  Universal left that "Volume 1" title on there instead of changing to "The Complete Series", despite the show being cancelled, in the most famous example of "wishful thinking" that the show might be picked up/renewed (it wasn't, as you know). 

By the way, Fox is doing the same thing by calling their upcoming DVD release of "Defying Gravity" as "The Complete 1st Season", instead of "The Complete Series", despite the fact that the sets have been destroyed and there's no chance the show will get renewed:  http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/news/Defying-Gravity-Press-Release/13159

Anyway, there's no slack for Shout! to pick up.  All episodes of the 2007 program are on DVD...no need for a Volume 2.
