Sorry. Right now at this point, I don't think Shout! Factory will be releasing MM. You are right.

It would be great to see it on DVD. It's a personal favorite of mine.

It's also a personal favorite of mine. Not entirely sure who owns it. I've been told Disney by a couple sources. I'd love to go after it, but that's up to the powers that be. Brian "Know Thyself" --Thales

Who owns the rights to Mighty Max? Which DVD rights will own Mighty Max to be released on DVD in two volumes or the complete series set? Thank you.

It is currently unknown who owns the rights to MM. I really wish I knew since I just loved the show. Don't bother buying the low-quality VHS-to-DVD transfers you see on eBay. Let's just wait until someone releases it. That way you get unedited episodes and maybe some extras also.
