OK, obtaining rights and other "minor" details aside, I thought to compile my ultimate DVD wish list.. I am posting only here because I have been SO impressed with Shout Factory's attention to detail at making great releases. THANK you shout for not just dumping VHS copies onto a disc. You hear the fans and our obsessive completist nature for commentary, deleted scenes, and other goodies. So, here is my wish list of quality product that I would certainly buy. (If you make any, please feel free to contact me for bonus feature ideas)
MUSIC DVD/CD:
01. SIMON AND GARFUNKEL – SONGS OF AMERICA 1969
U.S. TV special. Nov-30-69. Controversial and rare TV show containing in-studio rehearsal and recording, road travel, political viewpoints, concert performances and video montages of key events of the 1960s. The program was originally to be a "Bell Telephone" TV special but when they saw the finished product they said, "No!" When video images of JFK, RFK and MLK were shown while "Bridge Over Troubled Waters" played, the Bell Telephone people commented, "They're all democrats, why no Evil Republicans?" Simon & Garfunkel said, "Is that what you see? How about they were all assassinated?" S&G met with CBS and they sympathized with the content and agreed to air the program. Songs include: "America," "So Long Frank Lloyd Wright," "Bridge Over Troubled Waters," "Scarborough Fair, " "El Condor Pasa (If I Could)," "Punky's Dilemma," "Mrs. Robinson," "Mystery Train," "Feeling Groovy," "The Boxer," "Homeward Bound," "Sounds Of Silence," and several others.

I’ll wholeheartedly agree with Automan and Pac-Man. Both big favourites of mine.
321 Contact would also be great, if only for the Bloodhound Gang segments! Now that was a great little series for kids. The theme tunes for both 321 and Bloodhound Gang are legendary.
Oh Wow! I don't know how the Littles slipped off my radar for 2 years now?? THANK YOU!!! Also proud to meet a Pacman/Automan fan!!! I was hoping there would be replies to my post- greatly appreciated. I'm new to this forum- anyone else like some of the items on my list?
Well you can definitely count me in for Jennifer Slept Here. I would absolutely LOVE to see a complete series release. It's totally doable by Shout! It's only 13 episodes and it has a cult following. Also agree with you on more Diff'rent Strokes & My Two Dads.
I would also love to see a release of the Bad Seed remake. Also, I had wanted to see the Demon Murder Case for so long. I saw it when I was young and didn't see it for years. Finally about two years back I bought an offical VHS copy on Ebay. All I can say is that movie is NOT as good as I remembered it.
And of course I would love to see Pac Man & the animated Incredile Hulk.
Please bring "Starman" the 1986-87 tv series to DVD.
Please bring Gimme A Break seasons 2 & beyond to DVD.
Please bring Silver Spoons seasons 2 & beyond to DVD.
I still know the theme to Jennifer slept here! It would be great to see that again. I would really like to be able to share some of the abc weekend specials with my kids. I really liked the one called "mayday! mayday!" where the kids have to rescue the parents.
Hi--are you looking for the movie "Legend of Billie Jean"? I have it. This is my first time to this sit....so not sure how messages work.....email addresses? anyway, I am Barbara
Thank you for posting this- I have on DVD for now a HD-RIP from a recent TV broadcast. Widescreen and in great quality. That is good for me until an official release (Hopefully on Bluray this late in the game) should be available for purchase. Hopefully others can take advantage of your offer. Thanks!
I do wish to add two more titles to my list however... :)
"Cartoon Planet" (1995) THIS was the funniest thing around and Brak was the best!!!
"The Completely Mental Misadventures of Ed Grimley" (1988)
While I think of it- Speaking of the ABC Weekend Specials- you can You Tube the episode of the Red Room Riddle from Season 5!! That scared me when I was little. :)
