What can we do, indeed! I dunno. We can look into it. But I'm not sure why it's never been released. My guess would have something to do with Turner owning the rights.
At the Warner chat at hometheaterforum.com, this was one of the very few shows that the Warner people didn't say "no plans at this time." They said, "Captain Planet is being evaluated for release." Who knows if they will ever actually release it, though.
