I have a proposal for SHOUT! Factory: to make a deal with MTV Networks & CBS Paramount Television for SHOUT! to release a brand-new DVD compilation titled "The Best of Double Dare," a 4-disc collection showcasing 24 episodes (6 per disc) of the hit 1986-1992 TV game show "Double Dare" featuring some of the most memorable moments ever made in "Double Dare" history complete, uncut, & unedited, just the way that they originally aired on Nickelodeon.
Episode requests for "The Best of Double Dare" shall include the following:
Express vs. High Flyers (first taped episode)
Bangles vs. Wizards (first broadcast episode)
Jetsons vs. Dynamic Duo (where emcee Marc Summers gets pied by show producer Alan Silberberg)
Giggling Goonies vs. Pink Panthers (where announcer Harvey dresses as Tarzan)
Mad Mountaineers vs. Chowderheads (where the crew belts Marc with pies; OBSTACLE COURSE WIN!)
East-West Connection vs. 2 Wonders of the World (a.k.a. Salute to Hollywood Squares)
Hollywood & Vine vs. Wacky Weasels (with celebrity players Candace Cameron & Jeremy Miller)
Wit Pains vs. Ghastly Goobers (featuring a little girl plugging sister show "Finders Keepers")

Surfing Sushis vs. Exploding Cherry Bombs (featuring future "Welcome Freshmen" actress Jocelyn Steiner)

A tentative street date for "The Best of Double Dare" DVD compilation shall be Tuesday, March 2, 2010, costing only $24.99 wherever DVDs are sold.
