The Amazing Spider-Man

I would love to see this on DVD. A 1978-79 short lived series starring Nicholas Hammond (The Sound Of Music) as

Peter Parker and Spider-man.  It even had that disco sounding opening credit.

I do remember the show when it was originally broadcasted, and I do remember that that some episodes (like other series in the 70's) got edited into movies and shown in theaters.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that feels this way.The studio missed out on not releasing the series when the movie

version hit theatres.

A good bit of trivia there.
