As that show was my favorite cartoon when I was a kid, its something Id like for my kids to be able to enjoy. If anyone doesnt know what the Dinosaucers are about, Youtube it. |

Dinosaucers was indeed one of the greats of our generation (not to be confused with "Dinosaurs," the animatronics sitcom on ABC). Today's kids need more of our classic cartoons, as do the nostalgia buffs. Perhaps this could be a show that is put out in halves, rather than splitting the 65 episodes into the usual third-of-a-series batches. The fates of shows like "C.O.P.S." and "Where On Earth Is Carmen Sandiego" has been less than encouraging. And, unfortunately, I can't afford to buy enough of a set to push the production of subsequent sets in a series.

Member since: 5/4/2007 | | RE: Dinosaucers | So, B Ward, I was just wondering who actualy owns the Dinosaucers anyway? Is it DIC, Ellipse, or someone else entirely? Also, I have heard roumors of a fire at the DIC archives at one point that may have destroyed the Dinosaucers Master Recordings. I cant find anything one way or the other on the fire, but perhaps you may have some insight into these 2 questions? Thanx. |
