First, you and your crack staff bring Mario Brothers to dvd, something I've been wanting to see for a long time. I'm even elated to know that you made sure all the cartoons were converted. The missing live action parts didn't matter to much to me, and neither did the cartoon order. Great job, as I have both volumes and enjoy .
Then, you bring my fave cartoon of all time: Captain N to dvd. I'm thinking that I've reached euphoria or something. This was super awesome. Then, to top off your quality, you even had replacement dvds ready for the "Queen of the Apes" episode. I sent mine in on saturday and got it back today. Great service, guys. Now, I hear that the rest of the episodes are on their way, granted the legal issues are cleared up, which you said were clearing up. That's awesome.
Lastly, you're finishing up my fave sonic series: Adventures of sonic the hedgehog. Sweet. I don't really feel like getting it, but if I ever have the urge to splurge, I know where to go for it. You guys rock. Thanks so much for the replacement, and the great quality on the dvd.
If any questions for toons, here's one:
Do you have any plans on creating any DVDs for the Power Team? I know, it's obscure, and it's connected to a show called Video Power, but I was just wondering if it's possible. Other possibilities I would like to see include Double Dragon, Galaxy High, Teen Wolf, and Gravedale High. Thanks for listening. |

I just want to make sure that there are still Captain N Disc 3 Replacements available so I can send mine off in the next week to get replaced. I appreciate it. I just watched that episode the other day and noticed that there was a big jump in the episode, not even putting the pieces together until I stumbled onto this forum. Thanks also goes out to you as well for making Captain N, and all the Marios on DVD possible!

For the future Captain N Sets, how will we be able to tell if they have the revision, fixed Disc 3? I plan on buying one for a friend and need to know how i can spot it :)
And i sent in my disc in a little over a week now and i was wondering who should i contact to see the status of the disc?

And the disc are shipped in a paper Shout Factory cd/dvd sleeve, its kinda sturdy, mine with the promo stickers etc came in a padded envelope...but a little over a week...give it a few more days |

And I happen to live in San Diego, south of Lost Angeles where Shout! Factory is, though I heard some people waiting more than a week and it finally came in(But they were living on the East coast).
Would waiting a bit longer pay off? |

It's me again.
I sent my Captain N Disc 3 from Saskatoon,SK,Canada on the May 24/07.
It is now June 13/07 and I have yet to receive my new Captain N disc 3.
I am a wits ends now. I tried Customer service, yet they tell me of no record of it getting there. Yet my post office says it was delivered to that address you mentioned.
What should I do now? Will I still be able to get my Disc 3?
I have a reciept still from amazon.ca showing that I purchased the set if that is all I need for proof that I bought the set. I can send it or fax it as well.
Please someone help me. I have no idea what to do now. My set is incomplete now that it's missing that disc. |

During some episodes there are black outs that would have lead into a commercial. So far I've only spotted these blackouts on the replacement disc. Is there some reason for this? |
