Member since: 9/21/2007 | | What's Happening Now!! - Season 2? | Any chance Shout! could pick this up from Sony? There are only 2 seasons left. It would be great if you could add episodes of Shirley Hemphill's short-lived series as a bonus (also owned by Sony). There were only 13 episodes made.
I just love that the Father Knows Best sets have Robert Young's other series on them. This is a great trend for Shout to start. It gets a lot of those rarely-seen shows out there for enthusiasts like me.
I also made a suggestion to do the same for Hazel.
These sets would be terrific!  |

I don't think much effort was put into Season 1 of the re-vamp. If done well, this could be a great set. And, let's face it, no one could do it justice like Shout! Believe me, adding episodes from "One in a Million" (Shirley's follow-up show) would make a lot of classic tv fans grab it. Brian, if you need any help, let me know. I have a couple of rare Shirley promo shots from her series plus some photos from the show I saved over the years from searching online. This would be a different release for Shout! too. I don't think they've released anything like this before. |
