Member since: 8/8/2009 | | TV Movie - "A Killer Among Friends" starring Patty Duke | | This was a great suspense drama that aired on CBS back in 1992. It starred Patty Duke and Tiffani Thiessen from Saved by the Bell. I believe that I read somewhere that it was based on a true story. A have rarely seen it in reruns and never on video or DVD. This was a great movie, very emotional, very suspenseful. Margaret Welch did a phenomenal job playing the deeply envious and disturbed Ellen Holloway and Patty as Jean, the mother of the girl (Thiessen), Ellen murdered, then as Loretta Swit's character says in the movie, "moved into her home to watch her suffer". Please look into this one Shout! |

I don't think this movie has ever been released on video (VHS or DVD) and it screams for a release! It was based on a true story and had wonderful acting as well. Please look into this one!! |
