With the Hasbro titles, The Middleman, the first seasons of The Patty Duke Show and Parker Lewis Can't Lose and the latest two volumes of MST3K, I've just not been able to handle another season of California Dreams. Keep checking in. I'm sure we'll announce something sooner rather than later.

I don't think Diana is still acting, but Aaron has done a few small budget movies over the years. Is it difficult to track down actors for dvd sets? You guys did any awesome job with the Parker Lewis Can't Lose interviews. I couldn't believe how much of the cast was on there. |

California Dreams is probably the most popular of the post-Saved By The Bell Saturday morning sitcoms and the first DVD set is only a modest seller. I just don't think Hang Time or Just Deal have the retail audience.
Samhain, it can be difficult, depending on the title or actor. In the case of California Dreams, for example, we managed to track down most members of the S1&2 cast, but several were unavailable, due to their current careers or their locations.

Member since: 8/8/2009 | | RE: California Dreams Season 3 | I know production has not begun on California Dreams - Season 3 just yet, but have you considered yet if you are going to release the third season on its own (17 episodes) or release it as a combination with the fourth season (15 episodes)? And I know that the fifth (and final) season was 15 episodes as well.
Also, PLEASE don't rule out the other TNBC shows entirely. I have found numerous posts/blogs on the Internet of people both young and older who would love to purchase these on DVD. In the case of Just Deal, the series ran for 39 episodes. This may be enough to do a complete series set, rather than multiple seasons sets. Two others that probably wouldn't take too much to produce and release on DVD from TNBC are Running the Halls and Sk8; both ran for 13 episodes each. |

Also, if you can get a hold of Aaron Jackson for the extras, I'd buy a couple more copies.... friends and I had a (small, local) Aaron Jackson fan club in High School, and this would make a great gift!
Thanks for what you've done so far, I loved the first set of discs; I bought them the day it was released!
Oh, and it would be GREAT if we could have subtitles. I have a hearing condition and usually watch things with English subtitles on so I don't miss out on dialogue, especially when the background music is loud, which on this show it frequently is what with all the dance/party scenes. |

Brian Ward posted a couple responses about "no word yet" about three months ago and nothing since. Numerous other shows from Shout! (Parker Lewis, Patty Duke, Mister Ed) were released after California Dreams and these shows are getting follow-up releases, but no word on Dreams. Has this series stalled on DVD? |

I am a new member of the site and like all other people on here was absolutely made up when California Dreams was released. So much so I watched the two series in a matter of days. As other people have said I am having withdrawl symptoms and youtube can only give you so much.
Is there any update on what is happening and if the series will be released on it's own or accompanied with other series'.
It would make my 2010 to know that it is in the process of being made.

I am a new member of the site and like all other people on here was absolutely made up when California Dreams was released. So much so I watched the two series in a matter of days. As other people have said I am having withdrawl symptoms and youtube can only give you so much.
Is there any update on what is happening and if the series will be released on it's own or accompanied with other series'.
