It starred Scott Jacoby, Dabney Coleman, Kim Hunter, and a teenage Lisa Eilbacher. This is another great movie overlooked for DVD release. I definitely think there is a market out there for TV movies on DVD, especially if a few nice bonus features are included. Is this a title Shout! Factory could look into producing and releasing on DVD? |

First of all, it was released by Warner, a company I (and numerous others I have found) do not care for because everything they produce on DVD is cheaply done. Second, the DVD is simply a transfer of the master copy and has not been touched up at all, along with no bonus features at all. Third, they're releasing this only through their website as a burn-on-demand product. This cult favorite deserves better than that! I know there are some who would argue that at least it is on DVD, but if people continue to purchase sub-standard products from WB, then they will continue to crank DVDs out that are low quality for an unreasonable price. Unfortunately, this company is known for never licensing out anything they own the distribution rights to. |
