A series from the '70s that takes place on an atomic train that goes from coast to coast. It was a direct rip-off of The Love Boat. One of the biggest failures of all time but with great use of miniatures.
Besides how infamous this bomb of a show was, I think there's another reason for the hold-up: Music rights.
The first episode from the revamped portion of this 9-episode wonder featured a scene where Penny Whitaker, played by Ilene Graff (yes, the same actress who later played Marsha Owens on Mr. Belvedere) sings "I Wanna Hold Your Hand" by The Beatles. That alone is gonna cost MAJOR DOLLARS for a DVD release:
