Eek! The Cat and the original Power Rangers
Whart are the chances of Shout! Factory getting the rights to these series, and making boxsets of them?

Zero-to-nothing, as they are both owned by Disney! Besides which, MMPR will eventually be released by Disney, maybe in pricy boxsets.

I believe that Disney owns Power Rangers but not the original songs sadly-so im thinking they might do some music replacement when it's released...which if they do-I wont buy.
