Yep. And while out of print, they're still quite widely available. Season 1 is a tad pricey these days, but Seasons 2 and 3 can be found for around 30-40 bucks each. Beast Machines is actually still available new from amazon. There is really no need for them to be re-released at this time.
The ONLY quibble I had with Rhino's Beast Wars sets (I've got the entire collection) was that they used the "truncated" version of the opening for Seasons 1 and 2. When/if a re-release DOES happen, I would really like to see the full-length opening for those seasons reinstated. It was sooo much better. My YouTube page, home of The Multimedia Chronicles:

Like Rhino's Transfromers G1 releases, the Beast Wars sets contain very little in special features. It would be nice if someone would put out a feature loaded re-release equal to the ones released by Madman.
