I own the 2003 DVD of the live action super mario movie but it has no special features whatsoever. maybe shout could release a special edition DVD with a making of, commentary, trailers, deleated scenes? that would be cool right? You don't give me enough credit jullian!-snively
That's more a question for the studio. My guess is they've made their money with that film and are leaving it be. But it's a major game property, so they won't be all that interested in letting it go. And while I would love to do some retrospective featurettes on the flick, I'm not sure I could get the likes of Bob Hoskins, John Leguizamo and Dennis Hopper to actually talk about it. While it's entertaining, I'm not sure it's one of those movies those guys are especially proud of.
