I'm not sure if I watched this show or not as a kid but I might have. It sounds kind of familiar. Well I love 80's shows so it's right up my alley. Please bring "Starman" the 1986-87 tv series to DVD.
12thman thanks for the link to the trailer. I watched it and it does ring a bell. It's definitely a show I would buy since it was only 19 episodes & I liked Doug Barr in The Fall Guy. Please bring "Starman" the 1986-87 tv series to DVD.
Count me in as a buyer if Shout can bring The Wizard to DVD.
I remember watching it every week when it was first on, and my parents (surprisingly) ended up taping many of the episodes. I don't know how many I ended up with as part of the VHS tapes collection was given to my sister several years ago.
I'd love to pick the series up on home video, blu-ray would be great (if feasible) but at just 19 episodes I wouldn't have a problem getting the show on DVD and re-buying it in HD later.
This is one I've actually been pushing for five years. Sadly, it's one you have to remind people about. And I'm not sure how well that translates to DVD sales. Particularly since retailers are taking fewer and fewer obscure titles. If we can't sell 'em to retail, we can't pick 'em up.
Really sad to hear that I hope the situation changes I spoke to someone on imdb It might have been scorpio that had a fan club for the show so there is a audience how big I don't know but I would love a series release.
It's a show that deserve more time when it first aired I like to see you guys pick it up I would buy it in a heartbeat.
