How hard would it be to put out a bare bones volume 3 set?  I don't buy the we're too busy with Transformers and G.I. Joe excuse.  Shout! is releasing plenty of other DVDs over the course of this year.  If they wanted to release volume 3 in the near future, they could have, but they picked a lot more titles to release over it.  Although Jonny rants on too much about it for a variety of reasons, Shout! does have a tendency to abandon season sets of a series before they are completed, so it is easy to see why one could be concerned.

I seriouly dont think that Shout Factory is having any difficuly working on the dvd, unfortunatly every thing in their company is on a set schedule and they cannot deviate from said schedule (unless a particular dvd that they want to produced didnt make enough money from previous release then they move on to the next project) at the moment on their schedule is the Transformers and G.I Joe dvds as soon as their done with said projects and move on to the next project what ever that maybe who know AoStH Vol.3 might (might being the operative word here) be next on the list of projects.

The real problem we have here is that we have a forum member who is way too incompetent to read the posts and to comprehend what others are saying to said forum member. That is the real problem.

I honestly dont care how long it takes for Shout Factory to publish AoStH Vol.3, but the sooner they can get it done the quicker jmodlin210 can get off their backs.
