shout you guys should buy the rights and release those sitcoms from upn that got canceled because of those dumb people.
shows- all of us, eve, one on one, cuts, the parkers, in the house (also was on nbc) they deserve releases to and not to sound racist but none of the black shows have all truly been getting releases. i can't stand that all these dramas are getting released after the season just ended it's not fair to us. plus we need more black and latin shows also asian shows.
The only one of those shows I really watched was In the House, but I do agree not enough black shows are making their way onto dvd. It's really a shame no studio shows any interest in any african american sitcoms.
While I can't say I've watched the shows you mentioned, I would love to see some Afircan American sitcoms like Gimme A Break continued on DVD & also Amen released on DVD. Please bring "Starman" the 1986-87 tv series to DVD.
Not a fan of the shows you suggested but to be fair shoutfactory has released room 222 and malcom and eddie so it isn't like shoutfactory isn't trying to be fair you have to suggest what you want to see. You have as much of a right as any of us to suggest a show rather it has a black cast or white cast you are welcome to suggest any show you want on here.
maybe if people want these shows on dvd badly we need to go over to tvshowsondvd.com and vote for them to be released and or call the companies and let them know how we feel they don't acknowledge what we want or rally up.
I remember a show that was on BET in the early 90s that I'd love to see again. It was called 'Out All Night' and it starred Vivica A. Fox and Patti Labelle. Also, I remember growing up watching Brandy's first show 'Thea.' Seems like these shows have completely fallen off the radar.
Another classic African American sitcom that needs to be released is Living Single. I didn't realize that the first season was released over 3 years ago. I'd love to see the rest of the series get a proper release.
