Member since: 3/13/2009 | | Is there any hope for classic Nickelodeon shows? | I wonder if those great shows will ever see proper releases. It seems like most people I know who are headed toward our 30s are getting really nostalgic for the shows we grew up with. It drives me crazy that some of them have had single seasons released with follow up seasons cancelled and that others haven't been released at all.
I'm talking about the early 90s classics like Clarissa Explains It All, The Secret World of Alex Mack, Hey Dude, Salute Your Shorts, and maybe some others that were popular around that time. |

Member since: 1/28/2008 | | RE: Is there any hope for classic Nickelodeon shows? | I remember when Daria was being discussed it was deemed impossible to release because MTV doesn't usually subliscence their programing, so a release of anything by Nickelodeon is highly unlikely.
Shout Factory knows how to release televsion, now if only they could release Legends Of the HIdden Temple. One can always dream. |

My friend and I would watch a bunch of those for hours just a few years ago on NickGas, and they brought back so many memories. :) |
