The Visionaries: Knight of the Magical Light (Bring this show to DVD)
Although this set of only 13 episodes was released overseas; it was NEVER released here. This is a set Shout shouldn't have a problem with releasing. It can be released in 1 box set. The series was good and interesting. Loved the science-fiction mixed with a Shakespearean twist. The dailogue was sophisticated for a cartoon. How often do you hear cartoons using words like "sycophant" or "folly",etc. The scripts were well written, the animation was surperb. They didn't have to cheat back then, and use computer graphics to do their animation. It was ALL HAND DRAWN. Kudos the Sunbow/Marvel Productions for giving us so many 80s cartoons. Shout PLEASE release this series. You could even make it a limited edition.

Yeah, found out about that after the fact. Back to "maintaining eternal optimism" mode... That's okay though, I'm sure the series sets of Transformers and G.I. Joe will keep me plenty busy in the interim. :D

Have wanted this series for sooo long. This and a couple other cartoons had me very close to buying the official UK releases and going for a region-free player. But I'll be patient.
