When the special features that were going to be included on v14 were announced, one of them was set to be a documentary/behind the scenes of the prop and set makers on the show. Unfortuanetly, the feature is absent from the set.

That the other announced special features all ended up making it on the set, and that there's a noticable gap on the Manhunt in Space DVD (all the other discs have some sort of feature on them) indicates that the feature wasn't a false rumor or whatnot, but was removed sometime late in the game.

So to the good and decent folk at Shout Factory, what's the status on this feature? Some kind of right's issues? Did it wind up turning into a bigger documentary than was planned, and needs additional time? Did someone spill coffee on the editing equipment? Can we expect to see it released in the future, or was it canned?

If you feel you have a legitimate reason why you feel this documentary shouldn't be released as I did with your re-release of Santa Conquers the Martians, then by all means please share. I'd be more than happy to discuss it with you point-by-point in a mature argument, rather than bringing up today's plane tragedy in a childish and disrespectful attempt at an insult.

Otherwise, please don't drag your immature flamewar into a thread dedicated to a legitimate query that many fans have, and have it locked.

There was no reason whatsoever for you to attempt to sabotage this thread, or rant at me about airplane crashes or anything else, except that you were somehow make extremely angry by the fact that I politely disagreed with you in another thread and engaged in some vendetta to get me removed from the board.

You outright state at one point that you hope this feature doesn't come out simply to spite me because Im asking about it. That right there should throw out this "defending myself" business.
