Mr. Belvedere defensiveness
Oy. YOU LOVE MR. BELVEDERE! You may LOL at it, but some of us are not that easy to amuse. How simplistic to equate morality with quality...some of the best shows are the ones that don't preach, but are morally ambiguous. By the way, THE BILL COSBY SHOW, which Shout Factory released a few years back, had a positive message, and was original and interesting. THE OFFICE and 30 ROCK and ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT are the nadir, and Mr. Belvedere is the apex of quality???!! WHATEVER. You WIN YOU WIN--THE SHOW IS BEING RELEASED. I'M JUST SAYING THAT THEY COULD RELEASE SHOWS THAT ARE MORE DESERVING!!! AND THERE ARE SHOWS THAT ARE MORE DESERVING!!!! Why don't they finish up FANTASY ISLAND? There's a silly show, but it has a lot of kitsch value; it's over-the-top and goofy and even a little surreal sometimes. AND CHRISTOPHER HEWETT WAS IN
