ABOUT
In 1965 the birth of the world’s most well known and beloved jam band occurred in the San Fransisco Bay area. For 30 years, Grateful Dead grew such a cult following that no other band has matched since. “Deadheads” were the band’s most hardcore fans who would follow them on tour in large groups, forming a community with each other.
After the death of Jerry Garcia in 1995, Grateful Dead officially disbanded but their legacy has lived on ever since. |
