While he has directed and produced several shows and features, Jeff Garlin is best known for his work in front of the camera as both an actor and stand-up comedian. Having grown up in Chicago, Garlin got his start at the downtown Second City Theatre. Whether on stage or on set, his cathartic style of humor amuses fans of all ages.

Films credits include Daddy Day Care, The Rocker, and WALL-E, in which Garlin lent his voice to the character of the Captain.
He has performed his stand-up on Letterman, Conan O’Brien, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and his own self-titled half-hour comedy special on HBO. Additionally, he has written and starred in four acclaimed stand-up specials, “I Want Someone to Eat Cheese With,” “Uncomplicated,” “Concentrated” and his most recent, “Young & Handsome: A Night with Jeff Garlin.”
