No one is safe from
Jeffrey Ross’ unapologetic, vulgar insults. Credited as “the meanest man in comedy,” Ross’ offensive brand of humor has suited him well as the New York Friars’ Club “Roastmaster General,” participating in Comedy Central’s roasts of Pamela Anderson, Bob Saget, Jerry Stiller, Hugh Hefner, Donald Trump, and many others. Ross has performed his stand-up material on Letterman, The Tonight Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Conan O’Brien, Last Call with Carson Daly and Last Comic Standing, among others.
Aside from his raunchy verbal abuse, Ross focuses his efforts in other facets of the entertainment industry. His television guest star appearances include Six Feet Under, Weeds, CSI, The Sarah Silverman Program, and
Greg the Bunny. He also provides the voice of Buddy the beagle on Where My Dogs At?, Ross’ very own animated series on MTV2’s Sic'emation. His film credits include Stuck on You, The Aristocrats, and American Dreamz.
His directorial debut, “Patriot Act: A Jeffrey Ross Home Movie,” received the best feature film award at the 2007 Montreal Comedy Festival. The film documents Ross’ experience performing for U.S. troops stationed around Iraq and throughout the world. In it, he is featured alongside fellow comedians Drew Carey, Kathy Kinney, and Blake Clark.
